Questions about booking us
- Which services can be booked together?
- Most of them, and it is usually cheaper and less disruptive than booking separately. Gutters, roof and windows are the common package because the work happens at the same heights with the same access, and doing them in the right order — roof first, then gutters, then glass — means nothing gets dirtied twice.
- Do you serve my town?
- Whatcom and Skagit County, both. Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, Blaine, Birch Bay, Everson, Nooksack, Sumas, Deming, Acme, Custer, Maple Falls, Glacier and Sudden Valley on the Whatcom side; Mount Vernon, Burlington, Sedro-Woolley, Anacortes, La Conner, Bow, Edison, Alger, Lyman and Clear Lake on the Skagit side, plus the smaller communities between them.
- Is everything quoted on site?
- Yes, and for good reason. Condition varies enormously street to street in this area — a house with three years of field dust and mineral spotting is a different job from the same house cleaned last season. A number given over the phone without anyone looking at the property is a guess.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- The company holds a Washington State business licence and carries Labor & Industries coverage, and is rated A by the Better Business Bureau. Ask for the details before work starts and you will get them.
- Who actually does the work?
- Randy Fee owns the company and is frequently on the job himself. Every technician on the crew was personally trained by him. Customers name him directly in their own reviews, which is not something most companies this size can say.
- How far ahead should I book?
- Spring and early autumn are the busy windows — book two to three weeks out for those. The rest of the year is usually within the week. Storm damage and pre-listing work we try to fit in faster.
