By using this website, requesting an estimate, scheduling services or communicating with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or the services.

1. Company

King of Kings Window Cleaning LLC provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof debris removal, roof moss removal and prevention, pressure washing, house washing and solar panel cleaning. Availability varies with location, weather and scheduling.

2. Estimates

Every estimate given through this website, by phone, by text or by email is an estimate. Final pricing can change with property size, access, the degree of cleaning required, safety considerations, additional requested services, and conditions that could not reasonably be identified before the visit. A final price may be confirmed on arrival where that is necessary.

3. Scheduling

Appointments are booked subject to availability. We may need to reschedule for weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment problems, emergencies or other circumstances outside our control, and we will contact you as soon as we know.

4. What we need from you

Safe access to the property.
Pets secured during the service.
Fragile or valuable items moved out of the work areas.
Water and electrical access where the work reasonably requires it.
Any known hazards or property concerns told to us before we start.

Where safe access cannot be provided, the visit may have to be rescheduled.

5. Payment

Payment is due on completion unless something else has been arranged in advance. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of service. Late payment may be subject to collection efforts where the law permits.

6. Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 7 days of your service. We will inspect the concern and, where appropriate, return to address issues related to the original scope of work at no additional charge.

The guarantee does not cover:

New dirt, pollen, dust or debris that accumulates after service.
Weather-related spotting after service.
Existing damage, failed window seals, scratches, hard water staining, oxidation, mineral deposits or defective glass.
Conditions outside the original scope of work.

7. Pre-existing conditions

We use professional equipment and industry-accepted methods, and we are not responsible for conditions that were already there: scratched or damaged glass, failed window seals, oxidised frames, existing roof damage, loose gutters, aging caulking, deteriorated paint, existing leaks or manufacturing defects. Where we notice something before or during the work we will point it out, and photograph it if you want a record.

8. Information on this website

We keep this site accurate, but pricing, services, promotions and availability can change without notice. Nothing here is a binding quote or a guarantee of a particular result.

9. Intellectual property

The text, logos, graphics, photographs and video on this website are the property of King of Kings Window Cleaning LLC unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

10. Third-party links

This site links to other websites from time to time. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, King of Kings Window Cleaning LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of this website or our services, and our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service the claim arises from.

12. Weather and safety

Exterior cleaning depends on safe conditions. We may postpone or stop work for rain, high wind, lightning, freezing temperatures, unsafe roof conditions or anything else that puts the crew or the quality of the work at risk, and we will reschedule at the earliest reasonable opportunity.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when they are posted here, and continued use of the website or our services means you accept them.
