What this site collects
This website is a set of static pages. It has no login, cart or account, and the pages themselves collect nothing about you. Three third-party services do run on it, and each is named below: a chat widget, Google Analytics, and a Meta advertising pixel.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, which pages get read and roughly where they arrived from — a search, a link, an advert. It sets its own cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, which Google uses to work out an approximate location and then discards rather than storing.
We read it in aggregate. It tells us a page was read, not who read it, and we have no way to tie it to you personally unless you separately contact us.
The Meta advertising pixel
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and this site carries Meta's pixel so we can tell which adverts lead to someone actually looking at the work. It reports your visit to Meta, and if you have a Facebook or Instagram account Meta can connect that visit to it. It may also be used to show you our adverts afterwards.
This is the one thing on this site that is here for our benefit rather than yours, so we would rather say so plainly than bury it. You can limit it in your Meta account's ad settings, and a tracker blocker stops it here.
Turning all of it off
None of the three loads before the page has rendered, and none of them is needed for the site to work — every page is readable with JavaScript turned off completely. Blocking third-party scripts, or using a browser that does it for you, stops all three without breaking anything you came here to read.
The chat widget
Most pages carry a chat widget provided by LeadConnector, which is the messaging tool behind our customer relationship system. It loads after the page has rendered — when you first scroll, tap or type, or shortly after if you do none of those — rather than immediately. It is on the contact page, where it is the quote form, and not on the guarantee or privacy pages.
When it loads it runs LeadConnector's own code and will set its own storage in your browser so a conversation survives a page change. If you start a chat, what you type goes to LeadConnector and to us, and we use it to answer you and to quote the work. LeadConnector processes it under its own terms as our provider.
If you would rather not load it, it will not start on its own before you interact with the page, and blocking third-party scripts in your browser stops it entirely — the rest of the site works without it, because nothing on these pages depends on JavaScript.
What happens when you contact us
If you call, email, or submit a quote request, we keep what you send us — your name, contact details, the address of the property and what you have asked about — so we can quote and carry out the work. We use it for that and for following up about it. We do not sell it.
Hosting
The site is served by our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and operational purposes. That is the provider's processing, not ours, and it is the ordinary behaviour of any web server.
Third-party services
Where we link out — to our Google Business Profile, to a review platform, to a quote form hosted elsewhere — that service has its own privacy terms and its own cookies, and following the link puts you under those rather than these. Analytics and the advertising pixel are named above, which is the promise this page previously made about them.
Asking about your information
Email kingofkingswindowcleaning@gmail.com or call (360) 303-6806 and ask. We will tell you what we hold and remove it if you want it removed.
